to achieve your goals and live a balanced life.

Working with the emotional and identity pieces supports the skill building as we work together, and helps you heal from the emotional damage of existing as a neurospicy person in a world that is set up in ways that make things more difficult for you.

Who is Executive Function coaching FOR?
Executive Function Coaching is for anyone whose challenges with executive function are causing a negative impact on your life! Everyone has areas of strength and challenge with executive function, but we know that some people are more impacted than others.
Humans with a neurodivergence (such as ADHD, ASD, LD, traumatic brain injuries, and many others) often experience obstacles in achieving their goals due to their challenges with executive function. EF coaching can help anyone to build skills and develop strategies to support them to live balanced lives.
